Antonio (Tony) and By the Bay Tree Service are outstanding! I called for an estimate yesterday and he came by the same day. The quote was more than fair and he provided a written copy for us. They did the work today and his crew were very professional and quick. They have the right equipment for the job. They cleaned up everything afterwards and our yard looks amazing. They trimmed a total of 18 palm trees for us. 14 queen palms, 2 Robellini palms and 2 large Areca palms. They also took out 3 large pine trees completely and ground the stumps. Antonio (Tony) is a pleasure to deal with and the communication is great. The price was more than fair and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree service. We will definitely use them again when we need more work done.

By The Bay Tree Service was at my neighbors to clean up a mess from another company that had not completed the job. I spoke with Antonio regarding an Oak tree that was damaged by Helene. He obtained the permit through his arborist and the tree was as down and the stump ground that afternoon at a very reasonable fee.

I just want to say that the owner of this company is one of the kindest and good hearted man that I had the pleasure of randomly meeting today! I had made a dumb mistake and got my car stuck in a CVS parking lot and had to call a tow truck. This man was just going in to get a water saw me waiting by my car and came over to help me. He waited with me for the tow truck to come and proceeded to help the tow truck man get my car unstuck in a way that it wouldn’t damage my car any further. He is the definition of a great person! So while this has nothing to do with his services, I just wanted to let everyone know that you can’t go wrong with a man who shows a complete stranger the kindness he showed today. I can’t thank him enough!
